Compass Rose Boatominium is being built on a 7.5-plus-acre site with approximately 400 slips in Key West-themed buildings. Indoors or out, we can accommodate vessels up to 43 feet LOA.

A quick call to the concierge desk is all it takes when you’re ready to launch your boat. Our professional staff will have your vessel fueled and in the water. We also offer select food, ice, beverages, gear and other sundries for you to take along at Captain Gully’s Ship Store. Upon your return, we’ll wash and clean the interior and exterior of your boat, flush the engine, and then promptly store the vessel with tender loving care.
